Our coffee is not simply a commodity to be consumed. We’re there from your early morning wake up, to your everyday pick up. The cup between friends, to the slow start on weekends. Our coffee elevates and connects the everyday lives of our customers, growers and our people.
Our brands include Veneziano Coffee Roasters, Coffee Hit, Black Bag Roasters and Flight Coffee. From our state-of-the-art roasteries we partner with hundreds of cafes across Australia and New Zealand and millions more enjoy our cup everyday at home.
We’ve grown our team from a small batch roaster into an industry powerhouse. Selecting our people as carefully as we select our beans – only the best, most exceptional character profiles. And whilst coffee know-how and coffee competitions are part of our DNA, our learning & thirst for evolution goes beyond our training studios and cupping labs. To our frontline sales & service consultants and into our back of office support crew. Everyone is trained and challenged to use our large scale resources with a quick entrepreneurial mindset!
