This week we are celebrating an incredible milestone - Amie Jacobson has officially hit 10 years at Nomad Coffee Group.
Amie first joined Nomad as a HR Advisor, helping shape the people and culture that sit at the heart of our business Over the past decade, she's grown alongside the company, taking on bigger challenges, leading teams, and helping guide the operational engine behind everything we do.
Today she's sitting in the role of Chief Operations Officer, a testament to the impact she has had across the business. To mark the moment, Amie sat down with Ruby from our brand and marketing team over a coffee to reflect on the journey, from the early days of Nomad through to where we are today.
