We've always believed that great coffee should create value beyond the cup - that's what led to the founding of Nomad Coffee Group. It connects people, sustains livelihoods, and shapes communities, from the farms where it's grown to the cafes where it's shared. That belief has guided every decision we've made, and today we're giving it a formal home.
Introducing the Tomorrow Fund.
Our long-term commitment to investing in the people and places that make our industry what it is. Backed by a minimum $50,000 a year, with the potential to grow alongside our business, the Fund supports high-impact, trackable initiatives with clear, measurable outcomes. No box-ticking. Just real change, real stories, and real accountability.
WHAT THE TOMORROW FUND SUPPORTS
At origin, the Fund backs initiatives that strengthen coffee-growing communities - farming infrastructure, farmer education and agronomy programmes that deepen supply-chain transparency and secure the regions we rely on. Our first Origin Project is in Huila, Colombia, a country we've sourced from for over 20 years. It works with 65 farmers on regenerative agriculture and carbon reduction, alongside IMPACT and our long-term partner Sucafina.
Over four months the project helps fund:
• Compost pits - healthier soils, less synthetic fertiliser
• Cover crops & intercropping - biodiversity and protection from extreme weather
• Water infrastructure & efficiency - water security and less processing water
• Post-harvest tools & training - better quality and on-farm productivity
Closer to home, the Fund supports local Australian communities through hospitality skills development, workforce inclusion and partnerships across food, mental health and education. We're proud to support All Things Equal, a social enterprise creating genuine employment for people with disabilities at full award wage.

The Tomorrow Fund isn't a one-off. It's a model - the more we grow, the more responsibility we carry to make tomorrow better than today.
