Black Bag Roasters provides end-to-end private label solutions for The Coffee Club, roasting over 150 tonnes of coffee annually across four custom SKUs - two whole bean blends and two compatible pod lines. We support more than 400 stores globally, including sites across New Zealand, Thailand, the UAE, and beyond. Our seamless systems make ordering and delivery simple for partners worldwide, and we play a critical role in helping The Coffee Club scale consistently across diverse international markets. At Black Bag Roasters, sustainability is built into every stage of our Carbon Neutral operation, from green bean to delivery. We’ve reduced emissions intensity by 11%, introduced solar power at our Melbourne HQ, and implemented 16 quality control checks to reduce waste and improve efficiency. Our roasting facilities prioritise recyclable and compostable packaging, with 80% of materials now landfill-free. We work closely with supply partners to ensure ethical sourcing and transparent trade, including certifications through Rainforest Alliance, Fairtrade, and Organic programs. Because delivering consistent, scalable quality shouldn’t come at the planet’s expense.
